Utility Of Ancient Techniques

Ancient thinkers elucidated the techniques imparted in my 12 seminars. Obviously a few professionals who were skeptical about ancient methods had a couple of doubts:

1.What is the use of teaching old concepts in this modern arena?

2.How can philosophical teachings suit the business world?

A short description will be sensible before answering these 2 queries. Ancestors had deeper understanding about subtle theories than modern thinkers. Those shrewd intellects peeped into mysteries and ascended with immortal wisdom. Modern folk’s contribution towards humanity is the emergence of technologies. Modern folks astonished the world with their peerless technologies while ancients dazzled the world with their immortal wisdom. The bottom line is that for learning mysteries and abstraction, go back to the ancestors of yore, and rely on the modern folks for innovated technologies. I was fortunate to learn lot of books regarding spirituality as well as management. A few management books marvelously crafted are worthwhile for spending time because of their ability to supplement food for thoughts. Simultaneously, those marvelous ideas are eclipsed by ancient subtlety. Newer concepts are not awesome enough to surpass the ancient concept for making it irrelevant and outdated. Ironically, even in the age of fast & vast development of technology, every fraternity rely on ancient subtle theories to make new discoveries and showcases the peerless ancient wisdom.  

My answer to these queries is: Firstly, we are not intended to make a philosophical workshop. Secondly, we emphasize only on those methods, which augured the thinkers to discover those philosophical truths than the philosophical concept they contributed to mankind. To be precise, the tools that availed to perceive truth is substantial and timeless, so it is apt to adapt it for betterment of life. Let us scrutinize why truth is timeless. First of all, truth can't be restrained into time frames, because it surpasses both - past and future and is valid forever. One of the significance of the truth is its uniqueness. In the history of time, it stands splendidly without withering for generations passed and for the generations yet to come. It basks as truth and uncovered either these generations believe it or not.  

For example, “Sun gives us light” is an ancient truth that was valid in the past, valid in the present and also valid in the future. Dawn and nightfall is perceived alike by Indians/Africans/Europeans or Americans. The same sunlight sheds radiance in every corner of the earth and makes life brighter. There is not even a single space in the earth, which is not covered from sun's eye, either in the past or present or future and will remain the same till earth will fell asunder. This universal beauty of the truth will not be invalid as per time, location, mortals or generations. Truth does not need the support of mortals for shining and remaining as truth. It will remain equally true, either you believe or disbelieve it. Because truth cannot be created, it is discovered. It existed before the universe was born and will exist even after universe melts down. The role of thinkers is to discover this eternal truth and convey to the world through the frames of words. Do you think E=MC2 was created by Newton? Newton didn't create it, just discovered it. That is why world laud every concept only as Findings. Truth cannot be created; it can only be found out. The law (E=MC2) existed before Newton’s era and will remain intact even if Newton didn't invent it. Thus, it is obvious that Newton discovered the law. This concept of eternal truth (truth can only be discovered, not created) is not limited to scientific jargons; it is relevant to each and every concept irrespective of the classifications (like scientific, mathematic, religious, management, etc, etc). Greatness of an individual depends upon his ability to invent those eternal truths. The techniques, which made great people competent to make inventions, include stupendous work power and adaptability to any working environment. My attempt is to change the format of those time-tested techniques so as to befit to modern working environment format for upbringing success. Therefore, the techniques bestowed in seminars can't be sidelined as old or new, when truth has an eternal nature.  

The next question is - how can philosophical teachings blend with corporate atmosphere? A few queries should be raised before giving the answer. Is corporate an alien group without any worldly connection? Are they individuals or just machines? Philosophy can be discarded as a scrap if corporate executives are machines. Machines function the way they are tuned but individuals cannot be moved on as per tuning. If individuals are functioned as per tuning then why their power get into diminishing aspect as days progress? Why they get into crisis/why their confidence is shaking/why they are demotivated? Technologies never face such problems; they halt only due to technical malfunctioning related to hardware or software. The problem is technical in nature than human. Due to some technical problems the machines don’t function as before, hence halt. When it is repaired, (repair means bringing back to the previous state) it functions as before. Technologies are free from de-motivational or stress problem. So if corporate consists of individuals than technologies then philosophical boycott is blasphemy.Philosophy does not mean uncomprehending theories or useless jargons; on the contrary it is an insight into realities.  

Every wise word irrespective of domain (religious/ occult/ management/scientific, etc), soaked in truth is termed as philosophy. The antidote for overcoming weakness is to drench into that sublime ocean of truth and gallop on it as much as possible. Precisely said - lot of updates are essential for humans to uplift or maintain their work levels and for escaping from clinging of diminishing power. Brains and hearts need to be updated consistently. Wise words alone have the quality of updating. A management or spiritual workshop cannot be conducted without the faculty of words. Therefore only language differentiation differentiates these two lectures.  

The challenge lies in changing the language format, without loosing inner meaning so as to suit the listener’s ambience. Ancient methodology encompassed in philosophical format has been altered to an innovative format, which augurs reflections in inner mind. Only expressions are mine, concepts are ancient. Concepts and techniques resemble hills; they may be old but are ever fresh like brand-new. And finally, my fascination for ancestors is not biased. The fascination is breaking all barriers after learning and conceiving their fabulous concepts. The grandeur of those concepts unraveled in front of me in its true colors and after realizing those wonders I salute them. Thus I am cent percent sure that the techniques taught in these 12 workshops don't have any trace of blind belief.
